CW-08-C, email this Word file and your Excel file toMr. Williams when you done.

Open up your Excel spreadsheet from Monday. Today you will be creating a line graph from your data. Once Excel is open press F1, this will bring up the help menu. Search for “create a chart”. Excel will bring up the directions for how to make a chart from spreadsheet data. Create a line graph that displays the monthly cost for all three of the cell phone plans. The x-axis title should be “minutes used” and the y-axis title should be “monthly cost”. Title the chart “Cell Phone Plan Comparison”. Once you have completed the chart email Mr. Williams the Excel file.

Today we will start with an introductory lesson on Microsoft Excel. You will be reading an online tutorial and answering these questions as you go. Please email me your completed Word document. Remember to include the assignment number and your last name in the subject line of your email.

Complete this questionare in Microsoft Word and email it to Mr. Williams as an attachment. The questionare is based on the class summary and computer usage handout.

Have your parents read and sign the class letter and summary. This is to be returned by Tuesday, February 5th.
